Nuorille avoin EMMA Art Hack -tapahtuma hiihtolomalla EMMAssa

Mehackit järjestää EMMA Art Hack -tapahtuman EMMA-museon kanssa hiihtolomalla to-la 25.-27.2.16. Tapahtuma on ilmainen ja suunnattu 15-20-vuotiaille.

EMMA Art Hack on luovaa rakentamista, uuden teknologian ennakkoluulotonta käyttämistä kiinnostavissa konteksteissa sekä yhdessä tekemistä. Tapahtumassa tuotetaan teos tai installaatio teknologian taitajien, koodareiden ja taiteilijoiden muodostamassa ryhmässä. Teokset pääsevät näytteille EMMAn näyttelytilaan tapahtuman jälkeen.

Myös museovieraat pääsevät seuraamaan 4-5 henkilön tiimien työskentelyä museon aukioloaikana. Työskentelyn jälkeen teokset esitellään lauantaina päätöstilaisuudessa, johon osallistujat saavat kutsua vanhempiaan ja ystäviään.

Mehackit and the Espoo Museum of Modern Art EMMA will organize a three day Art & Technology workshop during February 25.-27th, 2016

EMMA Art Hack is about creativity, art and technology. During the event, we'll create artwork and installations with various techniques. We'll work in groups that will be led by different artists and technologists. On Saturday we have the opportunity to display our work at EMMA and show what we've done for the public.

We hope to get a diverse group of participants so don't worry about your previous experience and knowledge about art or technology. This is a great opportunity to discover something new and work with a great and inspiring team!

The event is mainly in Finnish, but you can also work in English or Swedish if that suits better. 

If you're 15-20 yrs old, apply for a seat below! No prior skills needed - you just need to be excited to get to try out new things.
